BRAKE FORMING
Our 230 ton Cincinnati brake press is capable of forming steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass up to 14’ in length. With 12 foot 6 inches of clearance between the vertical supports, we are able to form large flanges on full length 12 foot sheets of material from 22 gauge in thickness and up.

MIG & PULSE MIG WELDING
For general and production welding of most materials Wisconsin Custom Metal Fabrication uses GMAW (MIG) and GMAW-P (Pulsed MIG) welding. GMAM-P welding allows for increased productivity while reducing heat input and reducing spatter.
TIG WELDING
While slower than MIG welding, TIG (GTAW) is the best welding procedure for precise, high quality welds on thin, small, or complex parts and requires little to no post-weld finishing.
